General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02581) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC5A11. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC5A11 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Cotransporters, such as SLC5A11, represent a major class of proteins that make use of ion gradients to drive active transport for the cellular accumulation of nutrients, neurotransmitters, osmolytes, and ions Roll et al. (2002) [PubMed 12039040]. DPABH-02581 is suitable for use in IHC (1:30–1:150) application. DPABH-02581 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
