This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28357) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC5A1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC5A1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the sodium-dependent glucose transporter (SGLT) family. The encoded integral membrane protein is the primary mediator of dietary glucose and galactose uptake from the intestinal lumen. Mutations in this gene have been associated with glucose-galactose malabsorption. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-28357 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:30–1:150) applications. DPABH-28357 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
