This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22858) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC4A3, targeting the amino acid region 429–499 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SLC4A3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC4A3 (solute carrier family 4 (anion exchanger), member 3) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with SLC4A3 include dendritic cell thymoma , and alveolar echinococcosis , and among its related super-pathways are Transmembrane transport of small molecules and Amino acid and oligopeptide SLC transporters. GO annotations related to this gene include inorganic anion exchanger activity. An important paralog of this gene is SLC4A10. DPABH-22858 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000) application. DPABH-22858 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
