General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18021) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC41A3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Solute carrier family 41 member 3 (SLC41A3) is a transmembrane protein that in human is encoded by SLC41A3 gene. Solute carrier family 41 member 3 belongs to the solute carrier family 41 (SLC41). SLC41 family consists of three members A1, A2, and A3. Like SLC41A1 and A2, the SLC41A3 protein comprises two "MgtE-like domains" displaying homology to the prokaryotic Mg2+ transporter, termed as the MgtE. For SLC41A3 protein, it is broadly expressed in liver, duodenum, colon, small intestine, stomach, urinary bladder, brain and etc.
DPABH-18021 is suitable for use in IHC (1:40–1:150) application.
DPABH-18021 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
