This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03082) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC35E2B, targeting the amino acid region 1–82 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SLC35E2B from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC35E2B, also known as SLC35E2, encodes solute carrier family 35 member E2B, functioning as a putative transporter. SLC35E2B is expressed in the heart, retina, skin, testis, and kidney (PMID:33711669).
DPABH-03082 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application.
DPABH-03082 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
