This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25306) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC31A1, targeting the amino acid region 51–150 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC31A1 from mouse, rat, chicken, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC31A1 (Solute Carrier Family 31 Member 1), also known as CTR1 (Copper Transporter 1), is a high-affinity, homotrimeric transmembrane protein that serves as the primary regulator of dietary copper uptake and intracellular copper homeostasis. It plays a critical role in importing copper into cells and is highly implicated in cancer progression and cuproptosis, a form of copper-dependent cell death.
DPABH-25306 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-25306 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
