General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21334) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC30A1, targeting the amino acid region 131–330 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC30A1 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable calcium channel inhibitor activity and zinc:proton antiporter activity. Involved in defense response to bacterium; intracellular zinc ion homeostasis; and zinc ion import into organelle. Located in several cellular components, including Golgi apparatus; basolateral plasma membrane; and nuclear membrane.
DPABH-21334 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-21334 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
