General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20219) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC25A26. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is a member of the mitochondrial carrier family which includes nuclear-encoded transporters localized on the inner mitochondrial membranes. Members of the family transport important small molecules across the mitochondrial inner membrane. This protein is involved in the transport of S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) into the mitochondria. Mutations in this gene are associated with combined oxidative phosphorylation deficiency 28. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. DPABH-20219 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-20219 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
