This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19260) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC25A11. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The oxoglutarate/malate carrier transports 2-oxoglutarate across the inner membranes of mitochondria in an electroneutral exchange for malate or other dicarboxylic acids (summary by Iacobazzi et al., 1992 [PubMed 1457818]).
DPABH-19260 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-19260 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
