This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02574) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC1A4, targeting the amino acid region 121–220 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC1A4 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a sodium-dependent neutral amino acid transporter for alanine, serine, cysteine, and threonine. Defects in this gene have been associated with developmental delay, microcephaly, and intellectual disability.
DPABH-02574 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-02574 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
