This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09281) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC16A10. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC16A10 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC16A10 (Solute Carrier Family 16 Member 10), also known as TAT1 (T-type amino acid transporter 1), is a transmembrane protein that facilitates the Na(+)-independent, bidirectional transport of aromatic amino acids (tryptophan, tyrosine, phenylalanine) and L-DOPA, as well as thyroid hormones (T3,T4). It acts primarily as a basolateral efflux transporter to maintain amino acid homeostasis.
DPABH-09281 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application.
DPABH-09281 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
