This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14764) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NAS1, targeting the amino acid region 143–249 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human NAS1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC13A1 also known as NAS1, is an apical membrane Na(+)-sulfate cotransporter involved in sulfate homeostasis in the kidney. SLC13A1 primarily participates in pH-independent, sodium-dependent cotransport of sulfate across renal proximal tubules and small intestinal epithelia(PMID: 38552027).
DPABH-14764 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF-P (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-14764 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
