General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16694) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC12A2, targeting the amino acid region 701–800 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC12A2 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, and chimpanzee. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene mediates sodium and chloride transport and reabsorption. The encoded protein is a membrane protein and is important in maintaining proper ionic balance and cell volume. This protein is phosphorylated in response to DNA damage. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene.
DPABH-16694 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (3 μg/test) application.
DPABH-16694 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
