This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20638) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SH3PXD2B. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SH3PXD2B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SH3PXD2B (SH3 and PX domains-containing protein 2B), also known as Tks4, is a critical scaffold adaptor protein that regulates the actin cytoskeleton, cell adhesion, and migration. It is essential for podosome formation and mediates signaling in cancer cell invasion and EGFR pathways. Mutations in this gene cause Frank-ter Haar syndrome (FTHS), a rare, autosomal recessive disorder involving skeletal, cardiac, and ocular anomalies.
DPABH-20638 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) application.
DPABH-20638 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
