This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14565) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SH3GL3, targeting the amino acid region 121–220 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SH3GL3 from rat, mouse, pig, cow, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables identical protein binding activity. Predicted to be involved in central nervous system development and signal transduction. Predicted to be located in acrosomal vesicle and early endosome membrane. Predicted to be part of early endosome. Predicted to be active in several cellular components, including glutamatergic synapse; postsynaptic density, intracellular component; and postsynaptic endosome.
DPABH-14565 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-14565 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
