General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18073) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SH3BGRL, targeting the amino acid region 1–114 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SH3 domain-binding glutamic acid-rich-like protein (SH3BGRL) is a small adapter protein encoded by the human SH3BGRL gene, located on the X chromosome at cytogenetic band Xq21.1 (genomic coordinates GRCh38: X:81,202,102-81,298,547). The gene produces a 114-amino-acid protein featuring a proline-rich central region with an SH3-binding motif, sharing approximately 60% amino acid identity with the homologous proline-rich domain of the SH3BGR protein, which suggests a role in mediating protein-protein interactions within signal transduction pathways. A single transcript of about 1.9 kb is ubiquitously expressed across all examined human tissues, indicating broad physiological involvement.
DPABH-18073 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
DPABH-18073 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
