General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01016) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SH2D2A, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SH2D2A from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes an adaptor protein thought to function in T-cell signal transduction. A related protein in mouse is responsible for the activation of lymphocyte-specific protein-tyrosine kinase and functions in downstream signaling. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-01016 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test) application. DPABH-01016 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
