This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18836) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SERTAD2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SERTAD2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Acts at E2F-responsive promoters as coregulator to integrate signals provided by PHD- and/or bromodomain-containing transcription factors. May act as coactivator as well as corepressor of E2F1-TFDP1 and E2F4-TFDP1 complexes on E2F consensus binding sites, which would activate or inhibit E2F-target genes expression. Modulates fat storage by down-regulating the expression of key genes involved in adipocyte lipolysis, thermogenesis and oxidative metabolism. DPABH-18836 is suitable for use in ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) application. DPABH-18836 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
