General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11877) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SERPINA9. It has been affinity purified by protein A. SERPINA9 (Serpin Family A Member 9), also known as Centerin or GCET1, is a human protein-coding gene located on chromosome 14q32.1. It acts as a protease inhibitor, specifically targeting trypsin and similar enzymes, and is highly expressed in germinal center B cells. It serves as a diagnostic marker for certain B-cell lymphomas.
DPABH-11877 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-11877 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
