This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24519) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SERP1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SERP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to be involved in endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. Predicted to act upstream of or within several processes, including positive regulation of organ growth; positive regulation of peptide hormone secretion; and positive regulation of translation. Located in cytoplasmic microtubule. DPABH-24519 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-24519 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
