This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13337) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SERINC4. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SERINC4 (Serine Incorporator 4) is a human protein-coding gene located on chromosome 15q15.3 that encodes a transmembrane protein involved in lipid synthesis, specifically incorporating serine into phosphatidylserine and sphingolipids. It acts as a potent, Nef-antagonized host restriction factor against HIV-1, reducing viral infectivity when overexpressed. DPABH-13337 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-13337 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
