This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04683) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MARCH3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MARCH3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Membrane-associated ring finger (C3HC4) 3, known as MARCH3 or MARCHF3, is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase encoded by the MARCHF3 gene. It acts as a membrane-bound enzyme that regulates endosomal transport and protein degradation by adding ubiquitin to target proteins. MARCH3 plays critical roles in cell signaling, such as suppressing the RAF/MEK/ERK pathway and regulating inflammatory responses.
DPABH-04683 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:1000), IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications.
DPABH-04683 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
