This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23076) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SEMA5A, targeting the amino acid region 671–770 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SEMA5A from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene belongs to the semaphorin gene family that encodes membrane proteins containing a semaphorin domain and several thrombospondin type-1 repeats. Members of this family are involved in axonal guidance during neural development. This gene has been implicated as an autism susceptibility gene.
DPABH-23076 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-23076 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.02% Proclin300, 1% BSA, 0.01M PBS, pH7.4. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
