General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26485) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SEMA3F. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SEMA3F from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Semaphorin 3F (SEMA3F) is a protein-coding gene in humans that encodes a secreted signaling protein belonging to the semaphorin III family, characterized by its role in guiding axon development during neuronal maturation and functioning as a tumor suppressor in various malignancies. The protein features a conserved N-terminal sema domain essential for ligand-receptor interactions, an immunoglobulin-like loop, and a C-terminal basic domain that facilitate its signaling functions. Located on chromosome 3p21.31, SEMA3F undergoes alternative splicing to produce multiple isoforms, with the longest isoform comprising 785 amino acids and including key domains such as the PSI (plexin-semaphorin-integrin) domain.
DPABH-26485 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), WB 1 (1000-3000) applications.
DPABH-26485 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
