This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25406) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SEC14L1, targeting the amino acid region 31–130 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SEC14L1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the SEC14 cytosolic factor family. It has similarity to yeast SEC14 and to Japanese flying squid RALBP which suggests a possible role of the gene product in an intracellular transport system. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene; some variants represent read-through transcripts that include exons from the upstream gene C17orf86.
DPABH-25406 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
