General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19037) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SDF4. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a stromal cell derived factor that is a member of the CREC protein family. The encoded protein contains six EF-hand motifs and calcium-binding motifs. This protein localizes to the Golgi lumen and may be involved in regulating calcium dependent cellular activities. DPABH-19037 is suitable for use in IHC (1:30–1:150) application. DPABH-19037 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
