This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22337) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SASS6, targeting the amino acid region 141–490 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Spindle assembly abnormal protein 6 homolog (SASS6) is a centrosomal protein that, together with PLK4, CEP135, CENPJ (also known as CPAP) and STIL, is involved in regulating the number of centrosomes in human cells.
DPABH-22337 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-22337 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
