This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20000) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SAP30BP. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SAP30BP from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SAP30BP (SAP30-binding protein), also known as HTRP or HCNGP, is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 17 that functions as a transcriptional regulator. It binds to the SAP30 component of the SIN3 histone deacetylase complex to modulate transcription. It is involved in pre-mRNA splicing as a cofactor for RBM17 and plays a role in apoptosis and cellular response to viruses. DPABH-20000 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-20000 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
