This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01745) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SAMM50. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a component of the Sorting and Assembly Machinery (SAM) of the mitochondrial outer membrane. The Sam complex functions in the assembly of beta-barrel proteins into the outer mitochondrial membrane. DPABH-01745 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1: 25-100) application. DPABH-01745 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
