This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12886) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SAMD9L. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a cytoplasmic protein that acts as a tumor suppressor but also plays a key role in cell proliferation and the innate immune response to viral infection. The encoded protein contains an N-terminal sterile alpha motif domain. Naturally occurring mutations in this gene are associated with myeloid disorders such as juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia, and myelodysplastic syndrome. Naturally occurring mutations are also associated with hepatitis-B related hepatocellular carcinoma, normophosphatemic familial tumoral calcinosis, and ataxia-pancytopenia syndrome.
DPABH-12886 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications.
DPABH-12886 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
