This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20346) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SAMD3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SAMD3 (Sterile Alpha Motif Domain Containing 3) is a protein-coding gene, distinct from the SMAD family of transcription factors, that is specifically expressed in NK cells, memory CD8+ T cells, and precursor-exhausted T cells during viral infections. It is associated with the immune response and potential long-term survival of specific T cell subsets.
DPABH-20346 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications.
DPABH-20346 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
