This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00961) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RAB20. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RAB20 (Rab20, Member RAS Oncogene Family) is a member of the Rab family of small GTPases that regulates membrane trafficking, specifically involved in apical endocytosis, Golgi trafficking, and phagosome maturation in macrophages. It is highly expressed in polarized epithelial cells (kidney/intestine) and plays a key role in innate immune responses against pathogens. DPABH-00961 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-00961 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
