General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27385) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RAB17. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RAB17 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RAB17 is an epithelial cell-specific small GTPase belonging to the Rab family, primarily localized to apical recycling endosomes where it regulates polarized membrane trafficking and transcytosis. It is highly expressed in kidney, liver, and intestine. RAB17 is known for its role as a tumor suppressor in hepatocellular carcinoma, while acting as a regulator of dendritic development in hippocampal neurons.
DPABH-27385 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:100) applications.
DPABH-27385 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
