This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01873) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RUNDC3A, targeting the amino acid region 272–405 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RUNDC3A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RPIP8 (RaP2 interacting protein 8) interacts with the GTP-bound form of RAP2A. It may act as an effector of RAP2A in neuronal cells. There are four named isoforms produced by alternative splicing. DPABH-01873 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IHC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-01873 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
