General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03574) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RUNDC1, targeting the amino acid region 264–613 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RUNDC1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RUNDC1 (RUN Domain Containing 1) is a protein-coding gene that encodes a protein containing a RUN domain, a structural motif commonly involved in Ras-like small GTPase signaling pathways. Proteins with RUN domains are typically implicated in regulating intracellular trafficking, cytoskeletal dynamics, and membrane-associated signaling by interacting with Rab or Rap family GTPases. RUNDC1 is predicted to function as an adaptor or scaffold protein that modulates these signaling networks rather than acting as an enzyme itself. Expression data suggest that it is broadly expressed across tissues, although its functional specificity remains unclear. While its precise molecular mechanisms and interaction partners are not fully characterized, RUNDC1 is thought to participate in fundamental cellular processes involving vesicle transport and signal transduction. DPABH-03574 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500) application. DPABH-03574 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
