General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26905) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RSPH9, targeting the amino acid region 1–276 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RSPH9 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RSPH9 (Radial Spoke Head 9 Homolog) is a protein involved in the structure and function of cilia and flagella. Cilia and flagella are hair-like structures that extend from the surface of many eukaryotic cells and play critical roles in cell motility, sensory perception, and signaling. The RSPH9 protein is a component of the radial spoke, a structure within the axoneme (the core of cilia and flagella) that is essential for the regulation of ciliary and flagellar movement. DPABH-26905 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-26905 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
