This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20456) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RSPH4A, targeting the amino acid region 1–210 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RSPH4A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RSPH4A, also known as RSHL3, belongs to the radial spoke family. RSPH4A is the component of the axonemal radial spoke head which plays an important role in ciliary motility. Mutations in RSPH4A cause primary ciliary dyskinesia 1, a disease arising from dysmotility of motile cilia and sperm(PMID: 19200523, 23798057). DPABH-20456 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-20456 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
