This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18538) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RRP1B, targeting the amino acid region 386–706 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Ribosomal RNA Processing 1 Homolog B (RRP1B) is a protein that has been implicated in several biological processes, particularly in the context of cancer progression and viral replication. RRP1B was first identified as a metastasis susceptibility gene in breast cancer through its ability to modulate gene expression in a manner that can be used to accurately predict prognosis in breast cancer . It has been shown to interact with the metastasis modifier gene, Sipa1, and modulate elements of metastasis predictive gene expression signatures. DPABH-18538 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-18538 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
