This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12813) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RRAGB, targeting the amino acid region 1–346 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RRAGB from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Guanine nucleotide-binding protein forming heterodimeric Rag complexes required for the amino acid-induced relocalization of mTORC1 to the lysosomes and its subsequent activation by the GTPase RHEB. This is a crucial step in the activation of the TOR signaling cascade by amino acids. Involved in the RCC1/Ran-GTPase pathway.
DPABH-12813 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications.
DPABH-12813 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
