This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01055) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RRAGA. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RRAGA from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables several functions, including GTP binding activity; protein dimerization activity; and ubiquitin protein ligase binding activity. Involved in several processes, including cellular response to amino acid starvation; positive regulation of TORC1 signaling; and tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway. Located in GATOR1 complex; lysosome; and nucleoplasm. Part of FNIP-folliculin RagC/D GAP. Is active in lysosomal membrane. DPABH-01055 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000-3000) application. DPABH-01055 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
