This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10570) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RQCD1, targeting the amino acid region 81–180 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RQCD1 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, zebrafish, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the highly conserved RCD1 protein family. The encoded protein is a transcriptional cofactor and a core protein of the CCR4-NOT complex. It may be involved in signal transduction as well as retinoic acid-regulated cell differentiation and development. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described for this gene.
DPABH-10570 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-10570 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
