This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16548) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPS29, targeting the amino acid region 1–56 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPS29 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene links endocytic vesicles to microtubules. This gene is highly expressed in Reed-Sternberg cells of Hodgkin disease. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-16548 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-16548 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
