General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15358) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPS16, targeting the amino acid region 1–146 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPS16 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RPS16, the 40S ribosmal protein S16, belongs to the ribosomal protein S9P family. It is located in the cytoplasm and can be acetylated. RPS16 is extensively involved in rRNA processing, translational elongation, initiation and termination via its RNA binding activity.
DPABH-15358 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:10–1:100) applications.
DPABH-15358 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
