General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16060) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPS12, targeting the amino acid region 1–132 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPS12 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RPS12 (ribosomal protein S12) is a plastid ribosomal protein which is a part of the 30S ribosomal subunit. Together with S4 and S5 plays an important role in translational accuracy.
DPABH-16060 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:200–1:800), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
