This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15625) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPLP1, targeting the amino acid region 1–114 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPLP1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. 60S acidic ribosomal protein P1 (RRP1) is a 114 amino acid protein, which belongs to the ribosomal protein L12P family. RRP1 plays an important role in the elongation step of protein synthesis. The molecular weight of modified RRP1 is 15-20 kDa. DPABH-15625 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-15625 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
