This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04927) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RPL7A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RPL7A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. RPL7A (Ribosomal Protein L7a) is a highly conserved protein component of the 60S cytosolic ribosomal subunit, essential for protein synthesis and the structural integrity of the ribosome, specifically binding to 25S/5.8S rRNAs. It plays a critical role in cell proliferation, with elevated expression often associated with tumor progression and metastasis in cancers like lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). DPABH-04927 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-04927 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
