This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23804) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPL34, targeting the amino acid region 1–117 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPL34 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. 60S ribosomal protein L34 (RPL34) is a highly conserved protein that forms an essential component of the 60S large ribosomal subunit in eukaryotes, encoded by the RPL34 gene on human chromosome 4q25. This 117-amino-acid protein, with a molecular mass of approximately 13 kDa, belongs to the L34E family of ribosomal proteins and contains a putative zinc finger motif that contributes to its structural integrity within the ribosome. Primarily located in the cytoplasm and associated with the cytosolic large ribosomal subunit, RPL34 is integral to the ribosome's role in catalyzing protein synthesis through processes such as peptide chain elongation and translation initiation.
DPABH-23804 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-23804 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
