This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01083) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPL30, targeting the amino acid region 1–115 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPL30 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RPL30 (ribosomal protein L30) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with RPL30 include medulloblastoma, and influenza, and among its related super-pathways are Eukaryotic Translation Initiation and Metabolism of RNA. GO annotations related to this gene include structural constituent of ribosome and RNA binding. DPABH-01083 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
