General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15273) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPGR. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RPGR from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Could be a guanine-nucleotide releasing factor. Plays a role in ciliogenesis. Probably regulates cilia formation by regulating actin stress filaments and cell contractility. Plays an important role in photoreceptor integrity. May play a critical role in spermatogenesis and in intraflagellar transport processes (By similarity). May be involved in microtubule organization and regulation of transport in primary cilia. DPABH-15273 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-15273 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
