This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13848) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RNF167. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RNF167 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RNF167 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that interacts with TSSC5 (SLC22A18; MIM 602631) and, together with UBCH6 (UBE2E1; MIM 602916), facilitates TSSC5 polyubiquitylation (Yamada and Gorbsky, 2006 [PubMed 16314844]). DPABH-13848 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-13848 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
